I work in Romanian, German and English, with an intercultural perspective shaped by professional activity in Romania and Germany.

I focus on formulations that can be justified, goals that can be reviewed and a professional relationship in which difficult questions are not avoided. In supervision, the emphasis is on clinical thinking, ethics, documentation and transferring competencies into real practice.
Training that grew with the questions of practice.
My training combines psychology, sociology, management of social and health services, clinical psychology and psychological intervention.
Since 2023 I have been pursuing doctoral studies at Valahia University in Târgoviște. In parallel, I completed training in integrative psychotherapy through ARPI and continued professional development in clinical psychology.
Continuing education is not a collection of diplomas; it is a way to check that the work remains current, reasoned and appropriate to the concrete question.
